Founding Creative Director
Create the brands and the creative system behind the AI-native P&G.
Light Anchor is building the AI-native P&G. Not one consumer brand, a portfolio of brands whose creative and operations compound across the company.
Each brand needs its own world: a position, name, identity, product, package, site, voice, and body of creative that people recognize immediately. The system behind them should learn from every launch without making the brands look or sound the same.
We need a creative director who has started a brand before and wants to do it repeatedly. You will set the standard, make the work, and build the agent-driven creative system that lets a tiny team operate multiple brands at once.
What you will create
- The positioning, names, identities, and creative worlds for a portfolio of consumer brands.
- Products, packaging, websites, launch campaigns, performance ads, social content, and the systems connecting them.
- A creative operating system that carries learning across brands without sanding away what makes each one distinct.
- Agent workflows that expand research, concepting, iteration, production, and analysis while keeping human taste in control.
- Feedback loops that turn customer response and live performance into sharper creative, not blander creative.
- The creative standard for contractors, agencies, creators, and the team we build around you.
What we are looking for
- You have started and shipped a brand from zero. This is a requirement, not a preference.
- You have exceptional taste and can move from strategy to hands-on execution across brand, product, web, and growth.
- You know how to tokenmaxx: give agents deep context, run parallel explorations, build reusable prompt and reference systems, and curate aggressively.
- You use agents to multiply judgment, not replace it. More output only matters when the work gets better.
- You can use customer and performance data without letting metrics flatten the idea.
- You want to work close to founders, products, customers, and revenue across multiple brands.

We optimize for the right combination of salary, ownership, and upside. Inspired by Shopify’s Flex Comp, the ratio is not fixed by us. You decide the salary, equity, and sales-tied bonus mix during negotiation.
