The product

One answer across the reports sellers reconcile by hand.

See sales and conversion trends beside the search terms, inventory, listing, and financial context that explain them. Dashboards are tenant-isolated and scoped only to seller accounts that explicitly authorize Light Anchor through Amazon OAuth.

Sales and traffic

Track ordered revenue, units, sessions, conversion, and product-level performance over time.

Search demand

Use Search Query Performance to see the terms, click share, cart-add share, and purchase share behind demand.

Inventory and catalog

Place inventory, listing, and variation context beside performance so changes are explainable.

Finance and operations

Review financial and non-PII order-status summaries without retaining buyer contact or address data.

Requested SP-API roles

Every permission maps to a visible product function.

Reporting access is read-only and limited to the contracted scope. Listing content changes require explicit seller review and confirmation.

SP-API roleHow Seller Analytics uses it
Selling Partner InsightsSeller-account and marketplace participation used to scope every report to the stores a seller authorizes.
Brand AnalyticsSales and traffic reporting plus Search Query Performance demand, click, cart-add, and purchase shares.
Finance and AccountingRead-only financial and settlement summaries for revenue and profitability analysis.
Inventory and Order TrackingInventory and non-PII order-status metrics without collecting buyer shipping-label information.
Product ListingCatalog and listing diagnostics, plus seller-approved content updates that require explicit confirmation.
How it works

Authorized by the seller. Reporting stays read-only.

  1. 01

    Scope the work

Choose seller accounts, marketplaces, reporting modules, cadence, and support.

  2. 02

    Authorize through Amazon

The seller connects with Amazon OAuth. Light Anchor never asks for the seller's Amazon password.

  3. 03

    Receive the operating view

Use tenant-isolated dashboards, scheduled reporting, and alerts. Optional listing content changes require explicit seller approval.

Pricing

A written quote, matched to the reporting scope.

Pricing is quote-based because scope varies by seller accounts, marketplaces, data modules, reporting cadence, and support.

Every quote itemizes setup costs, recurring fees, included modules, and optional services before onboarding. There are no charges until a quote is accepted.

Data protection

Minimum access. Minimum retention. No buyer profiling.

OAuth authorization and least-privilege SP-API roles

Encryption in transit and at rest

Tenant-isolated, role-based access controls

No sale of Amazon Information and no use to create or sell advertising audiences

No buyer names, addresses, phone numbers, or order identifiers retained for analytics

Deletion or de-identification at the end of the contracted retention period
